Refund Policies

If you change your mind at any point in your treatment, we are happy to offer a credit toward any other treatment or product, minus to cost of the treatments already received. All credits are valid for one year from the point of purchase and are non transferable.  It is at the sole discretion of True Essence Medical Spa to determine the amount of the credit provided depending on the original purchase price of your package or treatment.

If you purchase a prepaid package and suffer from buyer’s remorse, you have 24 hours to change your mind. We will refund 70% of your purchase via your method of payment.

Skin creams can be returned, for credit, within 48 hours.  Creams must be in unopened and in sellable condition.

Treatment & Package Expiration Policy

All service packages and prepaid treatments must be used with in 1 year (365 days) of the date of purchase or they will expire. The purchase of packages can not be combined with any other specials, discounts, deals or promos and is non refundable.

Appointment Cancellation & Late Arrival Policy

Last minute “Cancellations” and “No Shows” leave us with with empty appointment times and we may also have to turn away other guests that could have enjoyed that treatment time slot.  As a result we require a minimum of 24 hours notice for all cancellations or re-bookings.

If you cancel an appointment with less than 24 hours notice, a $35 fee will be charged and is due at the beginning of your next appointment.

We believe it is really important to respect each others time. Please understand that your appointment is a time slot and we may have other procedures booked after you. Your late arrival may mean that we do not have time to complete your procedure and sanitize the studio prior to our next guests arrival. If this is the case, we will have to re-book your procedure for another time and you will be subject to our last minute cancellations fee on your next appointment.

We all run late from time to time. If you are running late, please let us know, we will make every effort to get you in on the same day, but we cannot alter the appointments of others.
